The arrival of your order will depend on several factors including the destination of your order and the shipping service you selected. We will usually ship your order within one to five business days from the date you placed the order on our website. “Business” days exclude weekends and most U.S. holidays. Orders with higher priority shopping services selected will be processed before orders of lower priority shipping options. Peak volume periods such as during certain promotions may have an impact on the time between order placement and shipment. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when you complete the order process online, and you will receive a shipment notification with package tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses (POB), Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO).
All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the time of purchase Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Subject to availability and/or backorder of the requested item. Orders requested to be shipped by Next Day or 2nd Day Air are expedited and shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the time of purchase.

Because each manufacturer uses their own unique shoe lasts (360 degree model of the foot used to create each shoe's heel width, instep, toe box width and toe box depth) to develop their shoes, sizing may vary slightly from brand to brand. To get the most accurate sizing, measure your feet while wearing the socks or stockings you plan to wear with the shoes. Also, measure your feet in the afternoon because feet expand a little as the day wears on and you walk more.
